Christina G. Whitney LMFT, MBA
Christina Whitney is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that works with people who suffer from trauma, relationship issues and adoption issues. Christina graduated from Brandman University in 2013. After graduating she went to work for a community service agency in Tacoma, WA that specialized in working with high-risk teens. She eventually moved to Redding CA where she began working at a local foster agency providing support to both foster parents and foster children.
She eventually began providing individual and family counseling in 2016 at a local counseling center and in 2018 moved into private practice where she currently works and supervises a small group of associates. Christina has been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Training for adoption competency (TAC) through C.A.S.E.
Christina is a mother to 6 children, one of which is adopted. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, dancing, raising dogs, traveling and studying new things.
