What is a couples intensive?

A: A couples intensive is a private, focused therapeutic experience—usually over 1–5 days—designed to help couples address deep-rooted issues quickly and effectively. It's ideal for couples in crisis or those wanting to deepen intimacy and improve communication.

Do you work with first responder families?

A: Yes. Many of our clinicians are certified first responder counselors or family members of responders. We understand the unique stressors of this lifestyle and offer therapy tailored to both responders and their loved ones.

What is EMDR and how does it help?

Do you take insurance?

A: Ware only inn network with Partnership and aetna and some EAP programs. Otherwise we are a private-pay practice, which allows us to provide personalized care without insurance limitations. We can provide superbills for possible reimbursement depending on your out-of-network benefits.
