Why I chose this career

I embrace the truth that we are all interconnected, part of an expansive human tapestry, and that our relationships can serve as powerful catalysts for healing our lives. During my walk in life, I have been shown a deep sense of connection with my environment. My intellectual interest and innate curiosity allow me to appreciate the incredible potential humans have for growth and evolution. I pursued education to blend my heart’s wisdom with the scientific understanding of the human brain and its connection to behavior. Let’s harness this understanding together, recognizing that our collective strength lies in unity and compassion. Doing so can transform our lives and inspire those around us to tap into their incredible potential.

Population I work with

Kids, BIPOC community, LGTBQIA+, Women, Minorities and anyone that is on a quest for self-growth and healing. I take an eclectic approach, integrating transpersonal psychology, CBT, mindfulness, neuroscience, and other lenses into my practice while remaining curious, compassionate, and respectful. By utilizing client-centered, trauma-informed, and problem-solving therapy, we will uncover strengths, heal from past trauma and pain, and cultivate self-compassion.

Favorite thing to do when not working

Spending time with safe people, friends, and family makes my heart happy, especially in nature. Good food and drinks are a healthy privilege for which I am very grateful. I love the water. In summer, I go swimming, kayaking, or paddleboarding, but I also enjoy yoga and hiking all year round. Above all, I love traveling, trying new foods, reading, learning from other ways of living, discovering different cultures, and having experiences that expand my knowledge and satisfy my curiosity.
