Population I Work With:

I am passionate about helping people work through their trauma, big or small. By understanding the neurobiology and physiology of trauma, we can effectively rewire our nervous system back into a state of homeostasis. Trauma is treatable and we don’t have to live in a state of dysregulation forever.

Why I Chose This Career

Becoming a therapist was a natural decision for me. Each and every one of us carries pain, and I passionately believe in mind, body and spirits’ natural capacity to heal. This healing is available to everyone when we allow ourselves to connect to our own innate wisdom. It is my absolute pleasure to help people reconnect with their passion, purpose, and joy.
