Alexandria Goebel, AMFT

Therapy is not a one size fits all endeavor. I hold strongly to the belief that our unique differences require a counselor who is flexible in their therapeutic approach. I strive to meet each individual wherever they are in their life’s journey, holding to the philosophy of empathy and curiosity. I believe that just as emotional pain can happen in our relationships, so too can emotional healing. My goal as a therapist is to cultivate a therapeutic relationship that fosters hope and healing. I look forward to meeting you and journeying with you toward restoration.

I am an Associate Marriage and Family therapist, practicing in the Northstate. I was born and raised in Redding, CA where I attended Simpson University and obtained both my B.A. in Psychology and Master’s in Counseling Psychology. Working as a neuropsychometrist for the past 20 years, my love for the brain has been cultivated. I enjoy reading, cooking, and traveling while dedicating my time to lifelong learning.
