Online Therapy in California

Secure video sessions with licensed clinicians and supervised associates. Individuals, couples, and families.

Therapy from wherever you are

Telehealth sessions run the same length and follow the same process as in-person work at our Redding office. You'll meet your therapist over secure video from home, your office, or anywhere private with a stable connection. No waiting room, no drive, and no need to live near Redding.

For clients across California, telehealth is often the difference between finding a specialized trauma therapist and finding no therapist at all.

Areas of Focus

Anxiety · Depression · Trauma · Burnout · Life transitions · Grief and loss · Childhood trauma · Complex trauma and C-PTSD · Attachment trauma · Birth trauma · Couples and relationship work · Family conflict · Parenting support · First responder

Modalities we offer via telehealth

EMDR — Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, adapted for a virtual format.
Brainspotting — effective over video and often preferred by clients who want to work from a familiar space.
Somatic and polyvagal-informed work — body-based approaches to regulation.
Individual, couples, and family therapy — including sessions where participants join from separate locations.

Neurofeedback requires in-person equipment and is available only at our Redding office.

Where we're licensed

Our clinicians hold licenses or associate licenses in California, Nevada, and Arizona. Because licensure is state-specific, we'll match you with a therapist licensed in the state where you'll be physically located during sessions. If you're unsure, ask us — it's the first thing we check.
